I like the lay out of your paper. It was easy to follow and had direct points. I really didn't know a lot about adult education in the 80's, but I am not surprised by what you found. My husband did a paper a few years ago and interviewed my aunt for it. She talked about how continuing education was not something that was pushed so her and a lot of her friends never continued education after high school. She also mentioned that she remembers some people not even finishing high school. I'm glad things have changed since the 80's.
